Who’s Gaia ?
Gaia Poggi – Booster Coaching
Italian by origin, formerly a teacher in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland, a talent scout for sales professionals since 2016, I have been a certified coach since 2019.
My passion is supporting SME managers, entrepreneurs and sales professionals who are open-minded and curious.
My clients don’t need abstract theories, but rather concrete support that allows them to find more focus, clarity, serenity, motivation, performance and the satisfaction they deserve.
I meet them where they are and help them move forward, quickly and with determination, for better results and greater confidence.

This is not an exchange with artificial intelligence, but rather active listening to help you overcome obstacles and meet the challenges that may arise.
