Having worked in the same place for several years, I wanted to change jobs and reorient my career. Gaia really helped me through this difficult process. First of all, her caring and warm attitude instantly put me at ease. She listened to my needs and didn't judge my emotions, which made me feel valued for who I am.  In practical terms, the tools she chose enabled me to explore my strengths and skills and transfer them to another profession. This opened up opportunities for change, which did me a world of good.

Honestly, 10 sessions with Gaïa changed everything for me. I learned to delegate, set boundaries and manage my time. Today, years later, I am much less stressed and finally enjoy a real work-life balance.

Gaïa's Ikigai workshop changed my life. It helped me listen to my heart and dare to follow my true passion: colour. I had trained as an image consultant, but I didn't dare to make it my profession. Today, a year and a half later, I have opened my own practice and am making a living doing what I love. I feel free, aligned and deeply happy.
