- Define three priorities for the month.
- Identify the purpose behind each goal.
- Commit to taking 3 meaningful actions (1 for each priority).
- Anticipate 3 possible obstacles that could prevent you from taking action.
- Find 3 resources or solutions to deal with each of these obstacles.
- At the end of the month: congratulate yourself on your results or reflect on what you didn’t achieve so you can do better next month.
