  1. Define three priorities for the month.
  2. Identify the purpose behind each goal.
  3. Commit to taking 3 meaningful actions (1 for each priority).
  4. Anticipate 3 possible obstacles that could prevent you from taking action.
  5. Find 3 resources or solutions to deal with each of these obstacles.
  6. At the end of the month: congratulate yourself on your results or reflect on what you didn’t achieve so you can do better next month.
